This is why I use a i roboform for my password management. I can just backup it's database file, reinstall it, and then add the database again.

I also backed up my outlook express email database and adress book as well before format and reinstallation.

I never heard of those things?
Where are they located so next time I do this, I can back them up.
What REALLY erked me, was that I've been doing internet tech support for over ten years and couldn't believe I wasn't able to figure it out.
I know I was burnt out tired and all, but I didn't think I'd miss something as obvious as what it turned out to be.
Grrrrrrr, what a dip-whipp I am.
I was using my OLD user ID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I felt like a total idiot! LOL

I'm glad I'm leiving for the day, even if it is to get me stupid knee checked out, it's better then zoning out on this computer for another day LOL

All that's left to do before I leive, is to get my new ID from NewTek for my new USB dongle, and I'll be a happy camper.
Or as happy as can be expected, eh? :)
Cuz I still need to reinstall all my programs, you all know how long and boring that is, as you just have to sit there and WAIT for everything to do it's thing and then all the reboots and like that.
Oh joy LOL
