The presentation by Neil Trevett of nVidia from the recent Siggraph 2006
conference found at:
http://www.khronos.org/developers/library/siggraph2006/OpenGL_BOF/
indicates that Stereo will not be supported in the first version of Vista.
According to the presentation, nVidia and ATI are working with Microsoft to
get a clean implementation of stereo into Vista for OpenGL.
Stereo is still not supported in Direct3d and never has been.
Looks like stereo users will not be upgrading to Vista anytime soon.

I heard a rumor that Vista will not support stereo viewing in a window,
can anyone confirm that?
