A better community strategy I maintain is to report a bug
I'm not even sure it's a bug. "remaining memory"
is a difficult thing to estimate in a dynamic
graphics environment.
With texture compression I bet his card would
be capable of 512x512x512 (and if there's
no alpha in it then 1024x1024x512 might fit).
