Ordering boxes based on neighbor preference

Hi,
I have a set of boxes placed in random order. Each box has a lists
with weights associated for each of the other n-1 boxes. If a box has
more weight in this list, that means that box is prefered to be closer
to this box.
The problem is to order these boxes so that each box is closer to
its prefered neighbor.
n is around 15 to 20.

Thanks for your help.
regards,
Suresh
