deriche smoothing formula

Dear mr/mrs,
My name is Paul.

As Mr/Mrs know in

is a formula for finding deriche koefisien.
Can Mr/Mrs explain me how to get equation (9), equation(19), and
equation (51) in that paper.

I've already read this paper too.

But I still don't understand how can i get that formula
