Sorry, my bad, for polygons I was closing the last point, (bottom/left), but
for CreatePolygonRgn(...) I was not.
The -1, -1 also makes sense as I was drawing just outside the screen rather
than on the border, (0,0).
Still, it would be nice if I didn't have to convert to DP to use
CreatePolygonRgn(...).
