ned Hindi font Chanakya

I am developing a font conversion software between various
hindi/ devanagari fonts to Unicode fonts.
I need Hindi font Chanakya, Chanakyabold and ChanakyaboldItalics.
I understand these are commercial fonts, but I don't want to buy
it.
If someone is having it, please consider blanking out some major
characters in it (say, a, i, o, etc.) and send a copy to me.
In that case, I wouldn't be able to use it for any general
purpose, and my requirement would be fulfilled. Then, it can't
be called piracy.
----
Actually, I have seen a website having Chanakya encoded
documents of Hindu Scriptures as pdf files. pdf packs up the
font in the pdf itself.
I wish them to use unicode fonts instead of proprietary fonts,
so I wish to develop a software which would convert their input
documents to Unicode fonts, then they can display such documents
directly in html without having to go through pdf way.
Thus, I would need the font to prepare the conversion map. I
wouldn't be using it myself.
