Tom Greene figured it out. Using the same example as before, download
http://mirrors.apple2.org.za/ftp.apple.asimov.net/images/games/simulation/elit
e.dsk.gz.
Gunzip it, and the filesize will not really increase. Gunzip it again,
and you'll get a 140kb disk image that will work perfectly in
AppleWin, the emulator used in my example. So if you use this server,
be aware that you'll need to decompress disk images twice. Usually.
