How to disable the default value of string-rectangle

I am using This is GNU Emacs 22.1.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu, X toolkit,
Xaw3d scroll bars)

When I use string-rectangle. It will remember last word I used that
command.

Such as I change a rectangle text to "FOO". Then next time when I
want to remove all these rectangle "FOO". Before I just use sting-
rectangle with "ENTER". But now it will still use "FOO" to replace
that region.
