It is self-evident you did not read beyond the first post. And the OP
in that thread never appears to have returned to the thread. The
60-something posts in there (at most 10 OT) hardly bolster your
argument.

More to the point, Rune responds nontrivially to quite a few threads
that most people ignore. The only thing more annoying than being
called an idiot (rightly or wrongly) is silence, and you have received
responses. I know nearly nothing about your topic, but if you've
thought about what you've heard, can't get anywhere with it, and still
think your approach has merit, maybe you should ask at a local
university or hire a consultant rather than venting at someone who can
help you with a different problem down the road?


I don't agree with your perspective, but thank you for your comments. If
this unpleasant experience is an example of the sort of "help" that I can
expect from Rune and other so-called DSP experts, I'm not interested. In
the unlikely event that a different problem should arise down the road, I
won't be coming here for help and/or advice. And, as I depart, I won't let
the door hit my back side on the way out.
