Macro Assembler or C compiler for the TMS320C10

Hi,
I am an amateur radio operator and I have got a TMS320C10 from a scrap
machine. I would like to build a digital filter with this DSP and for
this
reason I am looking for the macro assembler o a C compiler for it.
Could you please help me.
