Uhm, I think you're mixing up sample rate and process rate.

You're are assuming, if I understand correctly, that the
digital random values, creating the (analog) random process,
and generated at the sample rate, have to describe also the
process rate, which is an unnecessary constrain, I suppose.

If you remove this limitation, I guess you can _approximate_
anything you want.
