HPI of 6713dsk

One 6713dsk is used to transmit data to one 2407Aevm by HPI of 6713 and
EMIF of 2407. The communication is not always successful. Sometimes it
works well, but sometimes I can not read data from 6713 although all
the control signals from P4(expansion control connector) of 2470A are
correct and I did not change anything. Could someone give me advises?
