Multicast and Broadcast Service (MBS) in WIMAX

Dear all,
Hi, I have a question regarding macrodiversity in Wimax. I have read
that MBS can achieve macrodiversity by using the same symbol,
modulation, subchannel etc in C80216e-04_275r1 & C80216e-04_359r3. My
questions are:
1. I was confused about whether this macrodiversity is actually
achieved by receiving the same burst from multiple base station (a.k.a
single frequency network) on the same subchannel or is it achieved by
receiving the same burst but on different subchannel (two synchronized
stream) ?
2. Is single frequency network (SFN) possible in 802.16e ? By SFN I
mean that an user can simultaneously receive the same burst from
different base station on the same subchannel. Does the
subchannelization like FUSC, PUSC impose any difficulty on it ?
Wonder if any of you guys know about this. Thanks in advance !
Regards,
Arthur.
