O.K., I'm assuming that you have a board with a microprocessor on it which
is compatble with the 8051 instruction set : does this particular chip have
an inbuilt ADC? if not what are you using and how is it clocked? : what
data storage do you have on the board? can you provide the type of
microcontroller/processor you are actually using? 8051 is a bit too generic.
After that someone who actually knows something about DSP might be able to
help ( I hope).
