what happened to mkfilter?

Does anyone know what has happened to the filter design tools at http://www-users.cs.york.ac.uk/~fisher/mkfilter ? They were kept running after the death of their author, and were still fully functional a few weeks ago. Today it appear some bits are missing. Does anyone know if this is an accident, or if nobody cares to keep things in good order any more?
