blind/ NDA feedforward symbol recovery

WHat is the good method to achieve "blind feedforward symbol recovery "
for 16QAM. Want to implement this in satellite receiver simulation.

PS: from my research I have found out that blind feedforward symbol
recovery is the best way to achieve spectral efficiency.
