video conf - india

One of my business seminar in asia requires me to dial in to a phone
number for video conferencing ...

Any clue about
1) technology
2) any local center / paid service
3) software/data/packet network alternative ?

never did one so i looked up ... looks like only ISDN like has data
and voice [packet and switch] combined ...

normal ones yahoo skyp msn all use only data ..... so it didnt work
last friday ... though they are able to pick up my phone calls that i
make using skype/yahoo ... cant switch video ...
