MS Live Communication Server issue

Hi,

unfortunally i have to work with the MS LCS 2005 (No H323 anymore, just SIP). Now i want to find out how to enable the client - its the 'MS Office Communicator' - for audio/video conferencing. Out of the box the client only handles 1-to-1 audio/video streams. There are Radvision Products, but what else?

Or do you know any other SIP-Clients/Servers with capability of conferencing?

Thank you
.
