Inter-Tel Axxess IP Phone+ (770.4500) Setup

I have several Axxess IP phones and need to get into the setup to
change the network configuration (change from DHCP to fixed IP
address). I used to have the procdure written down but have lost it.
It involves an entry on the keypad as the unit is powering up. Does
anyone have this imformation handy?
