Toshiba Stratagy Manuals, or info resources?

Reserecting a Toshiba 424, with Stratagy 8 Port Voicemail system,
currently running on a P100 box. Have the security dongle, all appears
to be intact. System boots nicely.

Then System requests a password. Not so nice

Anyone know a reset code for passwords for this system, or have
suggestions?

System came out of storage, after 4 years plus, from a field office
that was closed suddenly. No luck from
