I am looking for a card or converter that can recognize E&M (Europe)
DTMF tones and make them available via TAPI or any other Windows
software interface. Can anyone point me to such a product?
Basically I am looking for an easy way to "read" and send back DTMF
tones via the analog E&M protocol (type 1) from a Windows application.
