Need to reset password on Alteon 180


I have two Alteon 180 switches that I need to recover the password. I
misplaced my Alteon software and I am looking for any suggestions on
how I can recover the passwords. I believe the process is to use a
binary file uploaded over the serial port. I tried the Nortel site
using a valid support account but no longer have access to software
for the Alteon 180. Here are the versions installed on the switches -

ACEswitch 180
Version 8.0.49

Alteon 180
ACEswitch 180
Version 6.0.69
