Startalk Flash CCR problem

I have a startalk flash that I need to change the ccr greeting (For bob
press 1, for bill press....)
I disable the ccr tree and then record the home greeting and when I
save it, it just gives me the message that the ccr tree 1 is enabled.
Any thoughts?
