Mermail Keycodes

I've got an Option11c w/Mermail 13.12
The drive went bad in the mermail and I only have the keycodes to the
version originally purchased 12.13. Version 13.12 was an upgrade.
Does anyone know how to retrieve the upgraded keycodes?. I have no
idea who the vender was who upgraded the mermail. We bought the system
second hand.
