The best you can do is to have a "stutter tone" on the CO line.There is no
way to integrate the turning on and off of message waiting condition.

I have a customer with a 8X24 DR5 with local telephone company message
waiting. All the programming is done on the system with message
notification turned on.
What could be missing, if anything?
