Changing password on the Option 11C switch

We have been struggling with changing the password on the switch. We
have:
LD 17
REQ CHG
TYPE CFN
PWD YES
PWD 2 (WE ENTER THE 2ND LEVEL PASSWORD AND IT COMES UP WITH PWD 2
AGAIN.
COULD YOU GIVE US THE CORRECT LD IF NOT LD 17 AND THE COMPLETE STEPS TO
GET THIS CHANGED?
