I am unable to delete a guest mailbox (not associated with a set) that was a
choice option on a CCR tree. I deleted it from the CCR tree after disabling
and it appeared to be removed from tree 1. When I attempted to delete the
mailbox I got an error message saying the mailbox was part of CCR tree 9.
There are only 8 CCR trees available.

When I do a mailbox report, the name is preceded by an asterisk (*).

Any ideas on how to delete this mailbox?
