What could be the reason of it? Is it connected with my home internet
provider or with my vpn-certificate?
I appreciate if some one can help out this.
1. What is the version of VPN client that is being used ?
2. Was the VPN connection established ?
3. Are these all of the messages in the VPN client log ?
If you haven't already done so, set the logging levels to "3 - High" in the VPN Client Log Settings. The added detail may be beneficial in terms of identifying the core issue.
