It can be done.
This type of setup is called "reverse telnet"
in telnet we go from a async terminal to a TCP-based telnet session to
the desired target destination.
In reverse telnet we go from a telnet-session to async output - int
his case to an async console port on a router.
So in reverse telnet we need an IP address and a port number.
The IP address is simple and is either an Ethernet interface or
loopback interface address on the terminal server
The port is a mapping from the line numbers seen by the show line
command and takes the form 20xx where xx is the line number.
