Can someone tell me what is the
1. Difference between Cisco Catalyst 3750 and 3750-E series switches
Thats the easy part, cisco even puts it right up in the product page..

2. Difference between 3750 series switches and 3750 metro series.
Thats a bit harder to define.
I believe the biggest differences in the ME line vs. non ME are just a
handful of features. Mainly VLAN mapping (VLAN translation), as well
as DC power support, and more power options.
main reasons for the metro at work are dual power, and the PXF chips (which
allow hierarchical QoS on the 2 "WAN" GigE ports, so several logical links
can share a connection, and have soft bandwidth limits).
These are relatively expensive, but the really painful bit used to be the
"enhanced" licence cost.

That product page also has the question answered in the Q&A, although
its a softer line of distinction.

Basicly, the ME line looks to be targeted towards pure service-providers,
and the non-ME looks to be targeted towards more enterprise doing
advanced MPLS/dynamic routing options.
