error-disabled status and I don't know what's the reason...

There is no special config on the gig0/1 port which is the uplink ....

any help for me ? thanks

Duplex mismatch? Trunk mismatch? UDLD? Need configs from both sides
of the connection if its cisco to cisco? Else check duplex/speed
settings.
