AS5400 upgrade and does not send all VSA's to radius

I've upgraded my AS5400 with a 12.4(9)T1 IOS image and now my radius
server does not receive (at callleg 1) all Cisco-AVPair and h323-*
attributes that I need for my application.

In detail, I don't receive h323-disconnect-time and
h323-disconect-cause, some Cisco-AvPair like 'in-carrier-id' and
Acct-Input/Output-Octets/PAackets are always 0.

These Attributes at Callleg 4 are received well.

Any ideas?
