PPP IP Address negotiation

Using Cisco Secure ACS 4.0.1 and Cisco IOS Software 12.4(6)T in a large scale dial out setup.

We are currently accessing 5000+ computers with PPP with this setup. But now we need to set up every computer with ip addresses. We want the Cisco router to assign addresses to the computers.

Can someone point out how to setup ACS or IOS to do this?
