837 dialin - getting assigned DNS addresses - TWICE!

Hi all (again),

Can anyone spot what is wrong with this configuration (see below) ?
When I establish a pptp connection I get assigned my DNS addresses as
duplicates! This si the output from "ipconfig /all":
