Dynamic / Static NAT order of preference

When combining dynamic and static NAT for Inside-to-Outside
translations, are the Static NAT entries given priority over the
Dynamic ? Is there and order of preference ?
In other words: If I have 4 Static 1:1 translations defined, must I
have matching explicit deny commands in my Dynamic source-list ACLs to
prevent my statics from being dynamically NATed first ? Or will the
Static entries take precedence ?
