Cisco 2950 with Standard image and Access Lists

Hi,

I have a Cisco 2950 which is running:

IOS (tm) C2950 Software (C2950-I6Q4L2-M), Version 12.1(20)EA1a, RELEASE
SOFTWARE (fc1)

and I want to use an access list to restrict IP traffic flowing through
this switch. I know that full access-list functionalitity is only
supported through the enhanced image but I can still define access-lists
I just can't seem to assign them to anything.

What I would really like is for traffic flowing into FastEthernet 0/24
to be restricted to 1 specific Ip address. Failing that, I'd like
traffic flowing into the switch to be restricted to one specific IP or
even MAC.

Am I missing something or do I really need an EI to do any of this?
