Working on a buddy's system...he had WinME, but upgraded to XP...he has a
Phoebe-2000 combo card (modem/sound card) that worked fine on ME...however,
after the upgrade to XP, XP doesn't recognize the modem...when I try to
install the modem drivers, it doesn't autodetect it and doesn't install the
drivers (although after, it does say that the modem is there, but when
diagnostics are run, the modem test fails - it basically isn't there)...is
this modem Win9x only? Am I missing something? :)
