Thanks, that seems a useful requirement of part of how I dream the most inner part of a relational engine ought to behave for the first two kinds of exceptions. Useful, no joke, in the sense that it helps arrange all the disassembled pieces on the garage floor. That's context but not enough for me to see that my original stance is logical.
