I'm using Sybase 12.5 on Solaris Sparc. Everytime I restart my server
some of the user logins lose permissions to some (But not all)
databases including tempdb. Why would this be?
My dba tells me tempdb is created from the model database after a
reboot. But is happens to non tempdb databases.
Any reasons why this would be?
Recently the server was rebuilt from 2K to 8K pages. The only thing I
can think of is the something got screwed up in the process?
What could it be?
Seems like every sucessive reboot, more and more databases are
affected.
