Shutdown Adaptive server anywhere 8

Hello;

We are using a server Adaptive server anywhere 8 with pocket PC. This Server take information from a Microsoft SQ server. Some times there is an errors. The Adaptive server anywhere don't work anymore and some user of the Microsoft SQ server are stoped. Is some one have the same problem?

In order to solve the problem i want to stop the Adaptive server anywhere but in the sybase central it make stoping in progress and never issue. Is there a method to stop with no wait ?
