I appreciate the diversity of the thread. The visceral tone is a bit
embarrassing given the intellect of the contributors. I guess that
intelligence has little to do with courtesy. That said mutual respect
should be the norm.

I admire Governor Palin because she is who she claims to be. My
liberal friends seem to be in denial that a woman of her constitution
could exist. Trust me they do. abet they are few and far between.
Hell, I was raised by one. I have a sister in the same mold.

Get over it. I have no problem disagreeing with folks. If you want to
attack the personal integrity of some one you have never met, that
tells me more the attacker than about the object of their rancor.
