Trigger on a Qfile ... WHAT??

So dealing with the limitations in D3, as you have to do in any
environment, we have just about everything working, kludged etc EXCEPT

If we move our "source" tables to the os level, for subversion to work
correctly/easily, out biggest problem is the naming convention. Case
being the biggest of these (though we do have some IDS that are really
unhappy in the OS).

Normally I would put a trigger on the file forcing specific set of
rules ... BUT if you have a qpointer to the os directory, is there any
way to attach a trigger to that?

Is there another way???
