Possibly. We had a similar problem when we restored one machine to
another, then changed the name of the machine that was restored to.

Type CT FSI:MDS,, COMPUTERNAME

If the content of the item "computername" is not the same as your
server's physical name, then change it with the editor.

What may have happened is you mirrored that item from your source
system, which is the wrong name for the target system
