OTOH some agencies like Progressive in the UK don't even have the

If I were looking for a Pick professional, I would of course rather
advertise on CDP myself than using an agency.
You can offer better pay and get mainly quality replies.
Whoever participates in this group shows at least that they have an
interest
in mv besides it being just a job.
You also know that a person who replies knows the best Pick not-so-FAQ
resource available.
So the seeding is thus done automatically.
Pickjobs.net is a good idea, thank you Malcolm, but after a while when
you
read 'No jobs available for your selection' again and again you tend
to stop
looking there.
Even though I must admit that I had actually a reply from my own ad
there a
while ago.
Obviously a lot of IT managers and programmers don't even know that
this
group exists or they simply don't care.
