I have a D3 VME running on a NT box plugged into a UPS from APC. Does anyone
know of a way to safely initiate a shutdown of the entire system in the case
of a power outage? I have the cable (RJ45 to USB) to connect to the UPS and
the Power Chute software which shipped with the UPS.
