If you use Outlook Express, you can add him to the Blocked Senders list
which will remove all his previous postings and any future ones. If he
changes email address, simply repeat the process, which is: highlight one of
his original messages, then use the Message/Block Sender... option. He will
be added into the Tools/Message Rules/Blocked Senders List which can be
modified if required.
