I have to apologize for the convoluted references in my OP. I am not looking for TPH software, in fact I'd prefer that a practice management package NOT be written in TPH. I'd like to find an app that's well written and suitable for conversion to a GUI if required.

Really, as long as the app is fully functional and easily maintainable, I don't care what it's written in. I'm trying to find a company that will want to partner for opportunities, I don't want to maintain their code, only sell good software.

I worked with some MV medical billing/practice software in the late '90s.
I believe the company was in San Mateo and was call BIS (Business Information Software?)
I'm checking my old emails from that period, and if I find any more, I'll let you know.
