Please help: I need file pxsrv.pak for Paradox 4.5 for Windows

I still use a very old version of Borland Paradox for Windows (Version 4.5).
I recently had a problem with a hard drive that resulted in a reinstallation
of Windows XP. I now need to reinstall Paradox 4.5, and I have the 5
original installation floppies but, unfortunately, my computer is unable to
read one file from Disk 2. I wonder if there is anybody out there who could
email me a copy of pxsrv.pak?
