Printer settings for reports

Our users are in the process of being upgraded from Paradox 9 to 11.0.411
on Windows XP SP2 machines. One of our users is complaining that now every
time she prints a report to a Canon printer, she has to change the "finishing"
setting to duplex. In P9 that setting would be saved each time she printed
a report. I am running the same version of Paradox on the same operating
system and we both have admin rights to our pc's, yet my duplex setting to
the same printer is saved every time I print a report. In the printer properties
under our control panels, both of us have that printer set to duplex. For
some reason through Paradox, hers reverts to single sided.
Are there any settings in Paradox that could be causing this difference in
behavior?
Thanks,
Doug.
